At Phokis Photography, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

• Missed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for missed or forgotten sessions. We encourage all clients to arrive on time and communicate promptly if rescheduling is needed.

• Refunds vs. Credits: Phokis Photography does not offer monetary refunds under normal circumstances. All approved "refunds" are issued exclusively in the form of studio credit, which may be applied toward future sessions or products.

• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds (in the form of cash or credit) will only be considered in cases of extreme emergency, such as:

  • Hospitalization (with verifiable documentation)

  • Terminal illness or death (with appropriate proof)

• Written Agreement Required: Any deviation from this policy must be explicitly communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties with a signed acknowledgment. Verbal agreements or informal messages will not be honored.
